Credit Card Payments:

• $100.00 Deposit due at the time of Reservation
• Balance Due 45 Days Prior to Arrival Date
• Personal Checks - Balance Due 60 Days Prior to Arrival

Cancellations:

• $100.00 Fee assessed to all cancellations.
• No Refunds or Cancellations 30 or less days Prior to Arrival.
• No Refunds on any unused portion of your stay.

Maximum Occupancies:

• 3 Bedroom Villa Maximum Occupancy 8 People
